Our website, and all of our servers are hosted in geographically diverse locations with redundant network connections. This means if we have a problem at one location it does not effect any other location.
Every Voice Command Center server is connected to at least 100
mbps network port running on the best Internet backbones in the world.
Our locations and Tier 1 networks are the best for great average
latency to both east and west coast, also exceptional connections
worldwide. All networks are backed by enterprise class 99.9%-100% SLA uptime
agreements.

Illinois
Chicago, Illinois USA. Network is fully meshed, using BGP, and redundant with a wide selection of backbone providers as well as InterNAP FCP to optimize overall network routing and performance. In addition, redundant 10 Gigabit Ethernet circuits are used across the entire core of the network to reduce the risks of internal congestion due to DDoS attacks and to maintain optimal flexibility.

Server Hardware
Enterprise class dedicated servers that run single, dual, and quad core processors with up to 4 GB of ram. All servers run Linux Server operating systems.
We keep resource usage very low and never overload our servers. The average cpu load and network usage on our voice servers is always low to ensure the best quality of service.
